Do credits expire?
Purchased credits currently have no scheduled expiry while your account remains open. Free or promotional credits, such as welcome credits, have no cash value.
What happens if a generation fails?
Credits are reserved while a request is processed and charged only when a result is saved. A confirmed failed request returns the reserved credits to your balance. A timed-out or uncertain request may need a status review before credits are returned, and dissatisfaction with a delivered result is not a failed request.
Can I get a refund?
Credit-pack purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or to correct a duplicate charge, billing error, or confirmed non-delivery. Unused credits or a change of mind do not qualify for a voluntary refund. See the refund policy in our Terms of Service. Read the refund policy.
Is there a subscription?
No. Nuvirs sells one-time credit packs only. There are no subscriptions, automatic renewals, or automatic top-ups; each purchase is a separate checkout.
