Acceptable Use Policy

AI content and responsible use

This Policy forms part of the Nuvirs Terms of Service.

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) applies to prompts, uploads, generated images, 3D scenes, panoramas, and content shared through Nuvirs. You must not request, generate, upload, or distribute content in any of the following six prohibited categories, or attempt to bypass these restrictions.

Content standards and prohibited categories

• Pornography / NSFW: pornographic or sexually explicit content, sexual acts, fetish content, sexualized nudity, or non-consensual intimate imagery, including simulated undressing.
• Violence / gore: graphic injury, dismemberment, mutilation, torture, extreme bloodshed, or content that threatens, encourages, or glorifies violence or terrorism.
• Hate speech: content that attacks, dehumanizes, promotes discrimination against, or incites hostility or violence toward people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Child-unsafe content / CSAM: child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of anyone under 18 or appearing under 18, grooming, exploitation, or other content that endangers children. This includes fictional, synthetic, and AI-generated depictions.
• Deepfakes / impersonation: deceptive or unauthorized impersonation of real people, identity misuse or face swaps, fabricated endorsements, or synthetic depictions presented as authentic evidence of a person’s actions or statements.
• Copyright / trademark infringement: unauthorized use or reproduction of protected works, logos, or brands that infringes rights, facilitates counterfeiting, or falsely implies affiliation or endorsement. You must have the permissions or other lawful basis required for your inputs and use of outputs.

Fraud, phishing, malware, harassment, privacy violations, account resale, unauthorized scraping, credit abuse, and interference with the service are also prohibited. Do not present AI concepts as verified architectural measurements, safety assessments, or authentic evidence, or use the service to train a competing AI model without authorization.

User reports and contact

Report prohibited content, misuse, or intellectual-property concerns to nuvirs@proton.me with the subject “Nuvirs content report”. You do not need a Nuvirs account to report a concern. Include the share URL or project / task ID, the category of concern, a brief explanation, and an email address where we can contact you. Rights holders should identify the protected work or trademark and their authority to report it.

Do not attach or redistribute illegal content, including suspected CSAM; provide the location or identifier instead. We use report information to investigate and respond as described in our Privacy Policy.

Platform content moderation

Nuvirs uses Waffo Pancake to screen text prompts before accepting new image and 3D world generation requests. Generation proceeds only when the safety decision is allow. Blocked prompts, requests requiring review, unavailable checks, timeouts, and invalid decisions do not proceed or reserve credits. A review decision does not mean a job will automatically run later. Attempts to evade screening are prohibited.

The service operator reviews reports sent to the contact above and may examine relevant shared content, project records, and account activity to investigate a specific concern. This process combines automated prompt screening with report-based human review. It is not a guarantee that every upload or generated result receives automated visual inspection or prior human approval. An allowed prompt does not exempt its output from this Policy.

Violations and appeals

Depending on the severity and circumstances, we may reject requests, remove or restrict access to content, revoke share links, warn a user, or suspend or terminate access. Serious violations, repeated abuse, or attempts to bypass safeguards may lead to immediate restrictions. We may preserve relevant records and respond to lawful requests or report matters to appropriate authorities where required by law.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will explain the restriction. To ask for a review, email nuvirs@proton.me with the relevant task or share reference and your explanation. We will review the information and correct a decision if warranted. We do not promise a fixed response time or automatic reinstatement.
